Existem várias formas de ensinar uma música para o aluno. Eu posso simplesmente mostrar, indicando onde o aluno aperta os dedos para fazer os acordes, as notas… Ou eu posso ensinar ele a ler, seja uma tablatura, ou cifra. Mas tem um outro jeito que é bem interessante, que é ensinar pedindo para ele tirar de ouvido. 

E eu faço isso até quando o aluno é iniciante. Como? Eu explico:

É preciso limitar a quantidade de coisas que ele tem para testar. Se é um solinho eu falo quais casas ele pode apertar e de ouvido ele vai testar e tentar descobrir pela noção de grave e agudo qual é a sequência certa.

Se fossem acordes eu faria a mesma coisa. Daria os acordes da música, normalmente 3 ou 4, e ele testaria qual sequência soa melhor. 

O que é interessante nessa abordagem é que o aluno normalmente se sente mais satisfeito de aprender assim, porque ele percebe que é capaz de fazer uma coisa que ele não sabia que era. O seu esforço para aprender é maior, mas ele é recompensado com o sucesso no final.

Se você tem um professor, peça para ele te dar as peças do “quebra-cabeça” musical e te deixar montar sozinho. Esse é um bom começo para aprender a tirar de ouvido, que é um jeito interessante e divertido de aprender uma música nova, além de ajudar no desenvolvimento dessa habilidade fundamental. 

Sem professor é mais difícil limitar esse material para você tentar tirar de ouvido sozinho. O caminho envolve identificar o Tom da música, e em seguida explorar as notas da Escala ou acordes do Campo Harmônico.
